Cable Union Airport is Cable’s own airport with a FAA identifier of 3CU. Located at a distance of 2 miles to the south east of Cable, The Cable Union Airport is perched at an elevation of the 1360 feet. The airport started its operations in March, 1949 and is open to public use.

Cable Union Airport features a lighted wind indicator and white-green beacon light that enable the smooth landing and take-off of flights even during dusk and dawn when the natural light is quite inadequate.
